DirectMail2.0 was built here. We’ve grown here. And Clearwater has played a huge role in shaping who we are as a company.
From day one, our CEO and co-founder, Brad Kugler, believed that traditional marketing didn’t need to be replaced — it needed to evolve. After spending his career in industries that experienced rapid digital disruption, Brad set out to build a company that could stay ahead of change by blending the physical impact of print with modern data, tracking, and technology. That belief continues to guide everything we do.
Today, we work with businesses across the country, but our roots are firmly planted in Clearwater. Our team operates out of our downtown office, where we’ve built a collaborative, hands-on culture that values curiosity, innovation, and doing the work the right way. Our onboarding experience reflects that same mindset — simple, thoughtful, and built to support our clients with customized dashboards, campaign tools, and ongoing education through our learning platform.
What we’re most proud of, though, is our people and our community. We believe strong companies are built by strong teams, and we’re intentional about creating a work environment where people feel supported, challenged, and connected. Beyond our walls, we’re committed to giving back — partnering with local learning institutions and supporting environmental initiatives like beach cleanups to help protect the place we’re lucky to live and work.
Being featured by the CRA wasn’t just a milestone — it was a reminder of how far we’ve come and why staying rooted in Clearwater matters to us.
